I am passionate about helping people move better, get stronger, and feel more confident. My goal is to help you shift from how movement makes your body look to how it makes you feel.

Pilates with Claudia offers a program of classes focused on transforming client’s body awareness, improving their relationship with exercise, and moving better.

Through nutritious movement classes, we will find the inner state to make YOU FEEL BETTER!

Every client who signs up for a private package gets a program tailored specifically to their goals and needs. 

In a private class I usually mix Mat and Reformer exercises, but we can decide together what is the best approach for you.

Group Mat & Reformer Classes

Meet Claudia

Hi! I’m Claudia!

I believe life is too short to be lived in pain and discomfort, something many of us get used to, and I can help you improve your body, gain strength and mobility, and achieve a better quality of life.

I’m originally from Brazil, and I have been an expat for 15 years. Since I left my corporate career, I have lived in four different countries and became a mom of two energetic boys.

Although I’ve been attending Pilates classes since 2009, it was only in 2017 – after a shoulder injury – that I decided to take the next step toward this passion.

I am STOTT Certified in Mat and Reformer, have a Certification in Fascial Movement and a Specialist in pre and post natal Pilates. I LOVE studying and am constantly attending workshops, courses, and conferences to stay up to date with the latest developments in anatomy and physiology.

I found this to be the perfect way to help my clients improve their relationships with their own bodies!

3 keys for a new mindset

1) Learn to listen to your body: not only during our session but also when you’re living your daily life. Notice what your body needs and implement what you learn in the class whenever your body is asking for something. Take responsibility for your own body and apply what you learn in your daily life.

2) Improve your relationship with exercise: understand the benefits that go beyond the way your body looks, find movements that make you feel good, and notice how exercise has an impact on your daily life. Find joy!

3) Recognize you are unique: don’t compare yourself to others, don’t follow people who make you feel less or inappropriate, and don’t be too hard on yourself. Learn to accept the moment of life you’re in and take small steps to improve your body and feel more confident about yourself.
